And now Kim has opened up about her more than 20lbs weight loss, saying committing a bodybuilding workout-style workout plan is the actual reason behind her 52kg frame.

In an interview with E! News she told  – 

I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day, heavy weights. I don’t do a lot of cardio. But honestly, like even my mom pulled me aside maybe a week ago and pulls me in a closet and is like, What are you doing? She says, ‘I don’t care what, I just need to know.

Kimberly Noel Kardashian West, who claims she weighed “almost 140 forever,” is now clocking in at 116 lbs – and her secret to how she got her fitness goals is a relatively simple workout routine.

It turns out that Kardashian West has been working on her weight loss programm with a former bodybuilder, Melissa Alcantara, on a discipline schedule to lean and tone every area of her body, sources reports.

According to an Instagram story posted to Kim Social Media, the American socialite revealed that her workout of the day focused on toning her lower body, each day concentrates on strengthening a different body part.

After walking through the workout routine, Kim Kardashian revealed that her exercise routine has been working so well, that even her mom has been questioning the reality star for the answer on how she’s been staying so slim and fit.

However, it’s not only the exercise that helps keeps Kardashian lose weight and get healthy. When it comes to diet, Kardashian says she’s been eating a lot healthier lately.

I don’t really eat sugar the way that I used to. It doesn’t really do it for me, she explained.

Kardashian West, who regularly shares snapshots on social media from her time in the gym, has also changed up her diet plan, including cutting back on the amount of sugar she consumes.

Earlier this year, the former bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara, shares the reality star’s weight loss diet and exercise routine with PEOPLE.

When it comes to fitness and a healthy lifestyle, Kim does not miss a beat!

I think she just needed a change. I think she just felt like looking one way is one thing, but taking care of your body is something else. You can do both at the same time.

The trainer further commented on Kim Kardashian Weight Loss and said, the biggest part is not just working out. It’s a healthy eating that makes look good. That’s mostly what I work in is aesthetics—building full, nice muscle takes a lot of nutrition.

The reality television personality is now following a version of the keto diet, which involves eating lots of good fats to curb hunger pangs – while cutting down on carbs.

In an Interview with People magazine Melissa spoke – 

Kim is only allowed to eat only real food that’s cooked (fresh) every day.

Processed foods like sauces, biscuits, breads and even salad dressing are officially off the table.

While that might sound good for short-term, but it’s pretty hard to maintain.

Even Kardashian West’s trainer who likely put her on the keto diet in the first place, said that the Keto diet plan is used for temporary nut quick weight loss. Meaning the diet is a slow and steady drop for long-term maintenance.

Kim eats a reformed kind of the Ketogenic diet which includes moderate proteins and low carbs.

She enjoys fish, chicken and other lean proteins mixed in with vegetables and super foods like blueberries with oatmeal for breakfast. The secret of her diet is the cheat day.

Kim loves to indulge on the French fries, fried chicken or even on the occasional sweets, but only rarely and in moderation, she never goes overboard.
