Although, Graham, the American Model feels her reason of working out is not just to lose weight but feel healthy.

In an interview with InStyle magazine, Ashley Graham said,

I like to think of going to the gym as a way to stay strong rather than a way to lose weight. Yes, I model a lot of swimsuits and lingerie, but to me exercising is more about being healthy and feeling good.

One more such case came into existence when the 28-year-old model attended Vogue Magazine’s Force of Fashion summit.

There she stunned in a green Prabal Gurung and bold pink dress that hugged all of her curves.

After Ashley posted some of her pictures from that event, she received criticism from some fans who thought the model was losing too much of weight and no longer represented them as a plus-size model.

The posted picture featured Ashley wearing a very colorful long sleeve dress.

The star appeared to be showing off a thin body and slimmer waist in the dress, which was made up of yellow sleeves, pink bodice and a green skirt.

The reality is I haven’t lost a pound this year. In fact, I’m actually heavier than I was three years ago, but I accept my body as it is today.

To some I’m too curvy. To others I’m too tall, too busty, too loud, and, now, too small — too much, but at the same time not enough. When I post a photo from a ‘good angle,’ I receive criticism for looking smaller and selling out.

My Personal Opinion on Ashley Graham weight loss

Ashley Graham is a role model and icon for millions of people. Losing weight is her decision and people should respect that.

We get her a strong message of being body positive and want to help her spread the word. Ashley just don’t change your body because some of your fans have told you to.

She can do it if she really feel strongly about it. Moreover, being a certain size has got nothing to do with being fit.

The plus-size community needs to understand that acceptance has to be mutual for the body pos movement to work. Graham is allowed to work out, if she wants to work out.
